Dr. Lars Schuy

Lars is a Learning Adviser who specialises in maths and physics up to A-Level, German up to GCSE and also engineering and construction. He also has a broad range of other knowledge to help students learn guitar, bass, violin, composing, audio recording by use of Logic Pro, plus guitar and amplifier building. He also specialises in photography and Photoshop, excel and MATLAB programming, basic electronics, property new builds including planning and renovation and woodworking workshops. In his spare time he enjoys playing playing guitar in a band and making and repairing instruments.

He joined SML College in January 2017 and before that he worked as a maths/science teacher at local mainstream schools PACA and Varndean. Originally from Germany, he has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering.  Lars is married, with two children and two step-children.
